Offshore: Look to your shallow inshore reefs for mangrove snapper ,live or cut bait usually does the trick on a dropper rig.
Inshore: The inshore fishing has really been good ,leading the charge have been sheephead look for pilings or rubble. Fiddler crabs will be the best bait, but shrimp also works. The Whiting have been running out on the beaches. A piece of shrimp or fish bite seem to do the trick.
Freshwater: The crappie bite has been really good up on Dead Lakes minnows or small jigs have been getting the job done. Also try creek mouths and brush piles.
Closing: This is a great time of year to catch up on those boat projects or repairs stop in and see us at BlueWater Outriggers in our marine department. We have everything from bottom paint to fiberglass resin and any electrical needs as well.
