BlueWater Outrigger Outdoors Report 12-11-2024

Offshore: The Snapper bite has really been good when you can get out, live bait and cut bait are what you're gonna need. They're in fairly shallow so you won't have to go far. Trigger Fish and Grouper have also been good over artificial reefs.

Inshore: Pompano and Whiting have been running the beaches with nice limits being caught. The bite has also been good at the Tyndall Bridge. If you're wanting to catch a lot of trout, the marina entrance and the Highland view Bridge, are great spots. Live shrimp under a popping court or a swimbait have been producing well. With flounder season back open. I'd probably head to Highland view for some nice fish.

Freshwater: We've had a few bluegill reports on Howard Creek. Crickets and worms are doing the trick, if you're using artificial try a rooster tail or beetle spin. Catfish on the river have been good. Cut bait or crawlers are working well. The crappie bite is improving with cooler water.

Hunting: We are still getting good deer reports Spencer Wheeless of Wewa got this nice buck last week. It dressed at 150 and was taken down by 45/70.
